Re scoping the project

The Legacy Team came to the conclusion that it is best to re scope the project. Because of difficulties with the TI Exosite and the CC3100, the helmet prototype will be presented in its Ethernet state.

TI Exosite Trouble

The team discovered that the Exosite does not support the CC3100. This is an obstacle because it limits the capability to make the project Wi-Fi compatible. Further research will be done to find out a way around this problem. Failure in doing so might result in re scoping the project on a small scale.

Today the team met with product marketeer, LaRetta Bertram to discuss the essentials of a marketing presentation. Part of the presentation emphasized the importance of including sections that explain the:

-SWOT
-State of the Market
-Value Proposition
-Pre-launch
-Post-lauch
